From the sun terrace you have fabulous sea views and on a clear day you can see France! At the end of the road are gates leading into the Firehills. This is the start of the Hastings Country Park with over 600 acres of ancient woodland and meadows, which is a great place to explore either on foot or bike.

Manna Herbs barn conversion, part of the Manor Cottage property, was completed in April 1999. It is more than 200 hundred years old, and the current lounge is documented in the 1851 Religious Census as a Methodist Chapel.

Old Timbertop Cottage is a delightful white, timber-clad, self-contained Victorian holiday cottage in the ”village” area of central Sevenoaks.

The accommodation is compact but well planned and comfortable and is available on a daily basis for 1 to 4 people. You can have self-catering or bed and breakfast. Breakfast can either be a self-serve continental placed in your kitchen, or a traditional cooked breakfast served in our cottage next door. Self-catering where you can look after yourselves is also available. The cottage is open all year.
